Description
A pressure cooker is a sealed pot that traps steam to build high pressure inside, raising the boiling point of water (typically to 100–121°C) and allowing food to cook much faster than traditional methods like boiling or simmering. It uses steam and pressure to tenderize tough ingredients quickly while locking in flavors and moisture.
